    The Center for Synthetic Biology (CSB) invites applications for the CSB Postdoctoral Fellowship Program. This program offers three postdoctoral fellows the opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research in synthetic biology, guided by experienced faculty members.

    The CSB Postdoctoral Fellowship Program aims to foster interdisciplinary collaborations in synthetic biology. Awardees will engage in independent research aligned with one or more of CSB’s collaborative research areas. Fellows will participate in professional development activities, cohort meetings, and contribute to CSB’s wide-ranging programs.

    Application 

    Interested candidates must send an email to csb-edu@northwestern.edu with the subject line: CSB Postdoctoral Fellowship Program: Applicant First and Last Name. The application should include the following materials:

    1. Application Form
    2. Description of research (1.5 pages)
    3.  Explanation of how fellowship funds would support unique CSB research/collaborations (0.5 pages)
    4. Description of how the fellow would benefit from being part of a CSB research cohort (0.5 pages)
    5.  Nomination letter from a CSB faculty member (to be sent in a separate email by the faculty member)
