Eligibility 

• PhD in Organic Chemistry preferred
•  Candidates with a PhD in related fields (photochemistry, organometallics, polymer synthesis) will be considered with sufficient experimental experience
• Ability to design, execute, analyze, and troubleshoot experiments independently
• Effective communication skills and transparent reporting
• Strong commitment to laboratory safety and collaborative teamwork
