Join the Unsteady Flow Diagnostics Laboratory (UNFoLD) at EPFL in Lausanne for a Ph.D. position to study vortices with application to hydropower under the collaborative project VORTEX-FLEX.

Qualifications 

1.  Master’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or physics
2. Strong interest in experimental fluid mechanics and hydropower
3. Experience with experimental (fluid) mechanics or designing laboratory experiments. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French not required)
