A 100% position is available at the University of Agder, Faculty of Social Science as a PhD Research Fellow affiliated to the Department of political science and management, for a period of three years, possibly to be extended to a fourth year with work duties. 

The group’s activities focus on research on public institutions at all administrative levels (i.e., local, regional, state, and transnational) as well as their interaction with non-public institutions and civil society. The research group has a comparative perspective on several policy areas, such as Nordic and international health services and higher education. The candidate’s project should be of relevance for the research group.

Qualifications 

The candidate must have completed their master’s degree within political science (public administration), with an average of grade B or above (including master thesis).
