The Department of Medical Biosciences at Umeå University is seeking a dedicated Postdoctoral Researcher to join their dynamic team for translational studies in aggressive prostate cancer. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to conduct independent research, contribute to ongoing projects, and advance scientific understanding in the field. The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative research group investigating genetic and epigenetic mechanisms underlying prostate cancer metastasis

Eligibility 

• Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in medical bioscience or related field.
• Strong background in biomedical experimental science with expertise in bioinformatic analysis methods.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research team.
• Experience with highly sensitive immunohistochemical methods for biomarker detection in complex samples.
