The successful candidate will be involved in academic self-administration, sharing research findings through conference presentations and publications, and supervising bachelor and master theses as well as student assistants. Qualification
- (Nearly) completed above-average university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in psychology, economics, or a related field
- Academic qualification (e.g., doctorate) with a focus on cross-cultural social interactions
- Very good knowledge of quantitative research methods
- Experience or keen interest in cross-cultural psychology and/or behavioral economics
- Willingness to develop expertise in statistical methods for large-scale datasets
- Experience with data analysis in R or STATA
- Excellent command of English; German language skills are a plus
- Commitment, friendliness, open-mindedness, and ability to work in a team
