We are looking for the Institute of Sports and Sports Science (IFSS) as soon as possible, limited to 3 years, for an
- Independent coordination, implementation, and evaluation of scientific research projects in the field of health psychology, with a particular focus on rehabilitation and prevention.
- Publishing research results in reputable English-language journals. Supporting other tasks within the Department of Health Education and Sport Psychology (e.g., teaching).
- Conducting a doctoral thesis in the field of health behavior and physical activity, with the goal of actively shaping the scientific profile of the institute.
Qualifications
- An above-average university degree (Master) in an empirically oriented field (e.g., psychology, sociology, health sciences, public health, empirical educational sciences).
- High motivation and passion for scientific work, combined with a strong interest in deepening and expanding your knowledge. Written and spoken proficiency in both German and English.
- Outstanding knowledge in research methods, statistics, and/or qualitative methods. Strong organizational skills. Writing competence, ideally with previous experience in publishing scientific articles in English.
