Eligibility 

1. Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or international applicants
2. Based at an academic institution in Canada for the duration of the fellowship
3.  Graduated from a PhD program within the last five years (exceptions considered)
4.  Fulfill all PhD degree requirements
5.  Commit to the Elevate fellowship and professional development curriculum
