• Description:

    Join an exciting ERC Synergy project (DELTA-LANG) at the University of Zurich, focusing on innovative approaches to phenotyping psychotic disorders using computational linguistics and neuroimaging. We are seeking two motivated postdocs to contribute to this cutting-edge research and collaborate with an international team of investigators.

    The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in the ERC Synergy project, collaborating with an international team across three sites. Responsibilities include conducting analyses of behavioral and imaging data, publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, and mentoring graduate and undergraduate students. Candidates will also contribute to ongoing projects and lead new research initiatives within Prof. Philipp Homan’s team.


    • PhD degree in computational linguistics, cognitive neuroscience, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or computer science
    • Strong track record of first-author publications and mentorship experience
    • Proficiency in neuroimaging, computational linguistics, and programming (Python, R, Matlab, Stan, etc.)
    • Commitment to Open Science and computational reproducibility
    • Excellent verbal and written English skills
