Description: Eligibility Criteria:
Applicant must be an undergraduate, studying at an approved higher institution by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Applicant must posses a minimum GPA / CGPA of 4.0 / 5.0 common scale, or 3.2 / 4.0 on special scale. Other scale or percentage should be converted preferably to the 5.0 scale reference.
Note: Priority would be given to applicants with a background of an orphan, or having a single parent with the status of widow or widower.
Scholarship Value: #50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only).This File takes in information about the applicant and also, answering four (4) essay questions.
The information should list :CANDIDATE FULL NAME, ADDRESS, SCHOOL FULL NAME, LEVEL, COURSE OF STUDY, CGPA/GPA (with scale).
The essay questions should answer:How are you unique? (Discuss your background, identity, interest, or talent).
How will this scholarship help you and why do you deserve this scholarship?
What are your academic and/or career goals?
How have you contributed to your community (This can be in any way)?
The more convincing and expressive you are, the better. Essay should not be less than 300 words, and not more than 500 words.Ensure all details are added correctly as data would be vetted and used for identification of each applicants.
Upload Required and Supporting documents
This section entails the upload of typed essay file and mandatory documents; such as ID card copy and Result. Other Supporting Documents are optional; they lead to having an edge over other applicants.
Note:
Downloads from result portal needs to be signed by a lecturer, preferable the HOD or Level coordinator.
